The further along we went, the more it was not just a specific Bible verse that we held on to. But the image of our true identity became clearer and clearer and was formed into a picture deep within our soul. A picture of who He made us to be, seeing ourselves as he saw us. A picture of perfect wholeness in Spirit, not defined by human intellect but only comprehended in the Spirit as a manifestation of His love.
It became reality for us that the kingdom of God had already come. It is now and available to all. Live in me and I will live in you.
We boldly declared: “Spiritual truth is greater than physical reality. What we see with our human eyes does not have to define our perception of our true being, of who we are in Spirit, in oneness with Christ and the Father as part of the trinity, now.”
The increased awareness of the duality of both the physical and spiritual realm and the vast superiority of the latter is what finally eradicated the notion that God still had to take away the tetanus symptoms. We finally understood that sickness or health is not defined by symptoms or the lack thereof but only by whether we live in Him or not. Unfortunately for most people it is the other way around and they let symptoms and circumstances cloud the way they see God and themselves.
Since the root cause of physical disease was a spiritual one that began in the garden, the solution can only be a spiritual one. Yes, Christ solved the spiritual problem and restored us spiritually to oneness with the Father, to pre-fall state in perfect union with Him. Yes, he truly did take all sickness away. Therefore the greatest crisis this world faces now, is an identity crisis.
We took it all the way to the point where our spiritual identity literally became more real to us than our earthly identity. Yes, we died to this world and rose to our real life, hidden in Christ. We found a different truth – The Truth – and we discredited and devalued what the world called truth. We exposed the world system and it fought back. Oh how it fought back.
Anytime you take a radical stand of this magnitude, you will be tested. Down to the core. Do you really believe your belief? How far are you willing to take it? Where is your breaking point? The world threw everything it had at us, yet we kept the faith. “I have overcome this world for you!” is no longer just a saying of Jesus, but it became reality and truth for us.
The kingdom of God has truly come.
